Industrial Contrast Sensor, 10 mm Sensing Range

This KT5G-2P1151 contrast sensor is ideal for high-precision contrast detection, such as detecting marks on high-gloss material. Thanks to the 3-colour LED, the sensor is able to activate the best-possible emitted light source for each contrast.

Dependable, this contrast sensor also offers various possibilities for adapting the switching point to the application via teach-in or potentiometer. The sensor defines all necessary parameters automatically and then determines the ideal switching threshold from the two grey values detected.

High-precision contrast detection, automatic gloss adaptation for highly reflective objects, a sensing distance of 10 mm, and a switching frequency of 10 kHz and individual alignment and mounting options make this contrast sensor suitable for a wide range of tasks. The M12 plug connection can be rotated 90°.
